5 Simple Steps to Maximise Your Brain Health

Last week the Grevillea House MENZ DEN Collective were given a presentation by Ms Bernadette Milsted, a Dementia Australia Councellor who provided us with 5 steps that we can help improve our Brain Health.  These included the following 5 action steps:

  1. look after your heart
  2. do some kind of physical activity
  3. mentally challenge your brain
  4. follow a healthy diet, and
  5. enjoy social activity.

We all agreed that we should maintain our healthy diet plans and maybe start a new hobby.  Thanks to the members for their interaction and to Bernadette for an interesting morning’s presentation.
